Our Plants
Summit D&V Kft currently operates with three plants in Esztergom, next to Magyar Suzuki Zrt.
Two of the three plants are located at one site, at Dobogókői road 35. Our third plant is located at 05 Rubik Ernő street, 1.5 km from the other two plants, in the Esztergom industrial park.
1st Plant
The wheel assembly plant provides the assembled wheels with on-line delivery for the vehicles (Vitara, SX4 S-Cross) manufactured by Magyar Suzuki Zrt.
At the factory we currently provide Magyar Suzuki Zrt. with 3080-3120 pcs of complete wheels (rims + tires) on 6 assembly lines and a spare wheel assembly line for the 770-780 cars produced daily.
An automation process will be implemented in 2020, which will result in a fully automated production line replacing the assembly and blow molding phase, as well as automated processes for buffer loading and on-line assembly.
2nd Plant
This factory also assembles and delivers online to vehicles manufactured by Magyar Suzuki. This is where the complete Front Suspension Frame (FSF) is assembled, along with the right and left control arm.
In addition, the HVAC heater is assembled here and dozens of JIT (Just in Time) parts are stored, which are assembled according to the schedule of Magyar Suzuki and delivered to the company’s warehouses at appropriate time intervals.
3rd Plant
In Plant 3 door trims manufactured by Plastimat Kft are delivered online to Magyar Suzuki, after a quality inspection, to the company’s warehouses in a specific order, and directly to the assembly line.
Similarly, we assemble smart door handles, exterior rear-view mirrors and many other JIT parts.
